2004 Red Sox World Series Ring
Description:
Top: The top of the ring has 48 round brilliant cut diamonds channel set around the bezel. Inside the diamond bezel, in relief and on black background, are the words "World" at the top and "Champions" at the bottom.
Centered on top of the ring is the Boston Red Sox "B" logo mounted on a diamond base crest depicting a baseball diamond, and is inlaid with 11 princess cut diamonds. The logo "B" is inlaid with 10 custom cut and fitted natural rubies, with 4 round brilliant cut diamonds inside the "B". The baseball diamond overhangs an inner bezel and is set on a field of four custom faceted blue sapphires.
Left: On the left hand side of the ring has "Greatest comeback in History 2004" in relief on a black background. Underneath is a pair of red enameled socks from the Red Sox logo. Beneath the logo is a banner "8 Straight" engraved.
Right: The right hand side of the ring has a panel of with the executive's name in relief, on a black background, with a depiction of Fenway Park. At the bottom of the panel is the executive's title with a banner below it that says "4-0 Sweep."
Ring size is 8 1/2 - 9.
Gems: 52 round brilliant cut diamonds, 11 princess cut diamonds, 10 rubies, and 4 sapphires. Total diamond weight is 1.32 carats. Clarity grade is VS1-2. Diamond color grade is 1. Total ruby weight is 2 carats. 18 carat white gold.
